Wilma Sue Griswell Wilson was born August 6, 1939 in Selmer, TN the daughter of the late Logan and Tressie MatLock Griswell.
She was united in marriage to Buster Leo Wilson on February 1, 1958. Mr. Wilson preceded her in death on February 24, 1993.
Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker. She was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed attending church. She enjoyed fishing, working in her flowers, spending time with and friends.
Mrs. Wilson departed this life on December 7, 2012 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 4 Months, 1 Day. She is survived by three daughters, Jimmie Freshour and husband James of Selmer, TN, Barbara Daugherty and husband Wendell of Selmer, TN, Pat Morris and husband Jerry of Hornsby, TN; a son, Doug Wilson of Henderson, TN; a sister, Nell Knight of Bolivar, TN; two brothers, Johnny Griswell of Corinth, MS and Max Griswell and wife Rachael of Selmer, TN; eight grandchildren, Jamie Freshour, Julie Freshour of Selmer, TN, Jennifer Henton and husband Justin of Savannah, TN, Jonathan Freshour of Selmer, TN, Eric Wilson, Jessica Wilson of Finger, TN, Samantha Morris of Hornsby, TN, Sabrina Morris of Hornsby, TN; a great-grandchild, Ethan Freshour of Selmer, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Griswell and Earl Griswell.
