Wilma Willoughby

WILMA WILLOUGHBYwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 16, 1923, daughter of the late Dave Allen and Clara Mae Reed Rich.She was united in marriage to Delmer Willoughby, who preceded her in death on April 28, 1978.Mrs. Willoughby worked for Savannah Manufacturing. She was a member of Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She loved her family, she also loved cooking, flowers, and shopping. She was very inspirational in teaching her children. Mrs. Willoughby departed this life on June 23, 2008 at the Hardin Medical Center at the age of 84 years, 8 months, and 7 days.She leaves a daughter - Debbie Lois Oaks of Savannah, Tennessee and a son - Jimmy Lee Willoughby of Savannah, Tennessee. Four grandchildren - Allen and Daniel Willoughby, Marsha Hampton, and Mollie Partain. Six great- grandchildren - Cody, Spencer, and Anna Beth Willoughby, Corey and Chase Hampton, and Chandler Pigg.She also leaves a brother Robert Joe Rich 0f Waynesboro, Tennessee.Mrs. Willoughby was preceded in death by a sister Naomi Averett.
