Wilma Jean Crowe

Wilma Jean Crowe departed this life on Friday, March 29, 2019, at the age of 78 years, 9 months, and 29 days. She was born in Leighton, Alabama, on May 31, 1940, the daughter of the late Jack and Norene Helene Taylor Davis. On March 16, 1972, she was united in marriage to Tommy Jack Crowe, who preceded her in death on October 17, 1980.

Wilma is survived by her daughters, Janet Lynn Tipton of Oak Ridge, Tennessee and Tracye Leigh Carrigan of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; stepdaughter, Jacquline Lee Crowe; stepson, Mark L. Crowe of Woodbury, Tennessee; grandchildren, Randall Chad Tipton of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jonathon Weston Miller of Broomfield, Colorado, and Kathleen Angelique Miller of Tampa, Florida; brothers, James "Jim" Ray Davis and Billy "Bill" Carroll Davis, both of Savannah, Tennessee; and sisters, Audrey Maxine Davis Rice of Savannah, Tennessee, Mary Elease "Lisa" Davis Smith of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Shirley Ann Davis Fowler of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Wilma was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Lori Ann Crowe; grandchild, Christopher Dalton Miller; brothers, Benjamin Franklin Davis and James Howard Davis; and grandparents, James E. and Mary Elizabeth Daly Taylor, Edward and Annie Crittenden Daly, Allen Davis, and Millie Benson.
