Willie Taylor

He was born in Hardeman County and grew up in Chester County, the son of the late George Anderson and Flora Ann Weaver Taylor. In 1944 he was married to Osa Lee Smith. They had been married 62 years this week. They made their home in Montezuma and Henderson all their married life. Mr. Taylor worked as a groundsman for Southwest Electric for over 30 years and retired in 1989.
He is survived by his wife Osa Lee Smith Taylor; a daughter Debra Morris and her husband Larry and a grandson Jason Cooper all of Henderson.
He was preceded in death by a son Dennis Wayne Taylor in 1968.
