Willie W. Ledlow

Willie W. Ledlow was born October 10, 1920 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Charlie and Sarah Scott Ledlow.He was united in marriage to Mildred Marie Blackshire on February 26, 1941. Mrs. Ledlow preceded him in death on October 18, 2007.Mr. Ledlow was a farmer and was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church in Michie, Tennessee. He loved bird hunting, fishing, and caring for his cattle. In addition to farming, he worked as a carpenter, helping to build the Lebanon United Methodist Church and many houses as well. He also worked in a shirt factory when he was younger. Mr. Ledlow departed this life on March 2, 2010 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 4 Months, 20 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Shirley M. King and husband William of Michie, TN; a son, Billy Ledlow of Michie, TN; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Ledlow was preceded in death by a son, Charles Willie Ledlow, Sr.; a daughter, Gerry Dean Parker; a grandchild; and several brothers and sisters.
