Willie K "Pete" Kidd was born January 28, 1947 in Mississippi, the son of the late Hullette Kidd and Eula Frazier Kidd. He grew up a son of a Baptist preacher and himself was Baptist in belief. He was united in marriage to Shelia Plunk on May 8, 1992.
