Willie Ann Davis

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with John Blackwell and Robert Gobbell officiating. Burial will follow in Buchanan Cemetery , Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.



Visitation will be on Monday, January 23, 6:00-9:00 pm and on Tuesday, January 24, 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro.



Mrs. Willie Ann Davis departed this life on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 1 Month, 4 Days. She was born December 18, 1938 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of the late Will and Addy Poag Mathis. In addition to her parents, Mrs Davis was preceded in death by brother, Melvin Mathis; sister, Dona Lawson.



She was united in marriage to Carl Lynn Davis Jr. on March 27, 1959.



Mrs. Davis was a retired factory worker from Lincoln Brass . She was a member of the Phillips Chapel Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.





She is survived by her husband Carl Lynn Davis Jr. ; sons, Larry Dexter Davis and wife (Jonnie) , Mark Davis; daughter, Darlene (Davis) Ramer and husband (James) ; all of Waynesboro, TN

grandchildren; Alexandria Skye Lewis and William Carl Davis and wife (Melissa) great grandchildren; Connor Davis; Caden Davis and Ayden Joshua Lewis.
