Services will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Steve Pochop officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 3rd. 6:00-9:00pm and on Sat. Dec. 4th. 11:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, TN



Rod Jr., departed this life on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at his residence in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 42 Years, 8 Months, 10 Days. He was born March 21, 1968 in Florence, Alabama the son of Peggy Prestige Thompson of Collinwood, TN and the late William Robert Thompson Sr.



He was a truck driver.



He is survived by other than his mother; daughters, Kristin Thompson and Taylor Thompson ; son, Blake Thompson all of Collinwood, TN;
