William E. “Bill†Terry
was born on January 26, 1949 in Bells, Tennessee the son of the late Marshall William and Lola Maybell Durbin Terry.
Mr. Terry was a former truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. Mr. Terry lived in Crockett County, Tennessee for several years.
He departed this life on December 15, 2005 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 56 years, 10 months and 19 days.
Mr. Terry is survived by his wife, Mable McCain of Counce, Tennessee;
2 daughters: Cathy Horne of Elgin, Illinois and Jennifer Woodward of Alamo, Tennessee;
2 sons: Jason Littlejohn of West Memphis, Arkansas and Jeffery Terry of Alabama;
3 step-sons: David Baker of Adamsville, Tennessee, Phillip Dimmick of Panama City Beach, Florida and Charlie Dimmick of Baldwin, Georgia;
5 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren;
2 sisters: Gladys George of Alamo, Tennessee and Robbie Allred of Sardis, Tennessee;
And 2 brothers: Doug Terry of Michie, Tennessee and Joe Terry of Counce, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Bowden and a brother, Johnny Terry.
