William Parnell Taylor

William Parnell Taylor was born January 5, 1926 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Frank and Nora Robertson Taylor.Mr. Taylor's first wife, Ruth Irene Taylor preceded him in death on November 1, 1980. Mr. Taylor remarried Mrs. Erma Dean Taylor.Mr. Taylor was a retired welder. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee and served honorably in the United States Army during World War II.Mr. Taylor departed this life on January 30, 2009 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 25 Days. He is survived by his wife Erma Dean Taylor of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Kim Klein of Ventura, CA; two sons, Kenneth Taylor of Houston, TX, Dennis Taylor of Selmer, TN; three sisters, Helen King of Selmer, TN, Dottie Matlock of Selmer, TN, Nova Dedrick of Jonesboro, AR; a brother, Varnell Taylor of Selmer, TN; 2 Grandchildren.In addition to his parents and first wife, Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Taylor on January 17,1992; three sisters, Nola Robertson, Lois Horton, and Lottie Creasy.
