William Thomas (Tommy) Shields, Jr. was born October 20, 1968 in Flemingsburg, KY the son of Betty Fay Stiddom Shields Suitor and the late William Thomas Shields, Sr.
Tommy formerly worked in right of way maintenance for the Kentucky Department of Transportation. He also enjoyed doing odd jobs for people and was known as a jack of all trades.
Tommy departed this life on December 3, 2022 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 54 Years, 1 Month, 13 Days. He is survived by two sons, William Thomas Shields, III and Damien Shields; 1 grandchild; his mother, Betty Fay Suitor; two sisters, Melissa Starnes and Tammy Learned; and a brother, Joseph Wayne Shields.
