William (Bill) Kropff, at the age of 70 years was born on March 2, 1944 in Downey, CA. He passed away on Sunday September 14, 2014 at the VA hospital in Nashvill, TN
Bill retired as a Master Sgt. and was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served 21 1/2 years in both the Navy and Air Force. He was a member of Wayne County EMA and the City of Waynesboro Fire Deptartment.
He is survived by his wife Lynda Kropff of Waynesboro, TN; son, Lewis;daughters, Leah and Rhonda grandson; Alex; Ryan; Greg; William and Dillon; great grandson; Franklin ; brothers; Andrew of NY and Steve of Ohio.
Services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, TN. Burial will follow in Bumpus Cemetery, West Point, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 17, 5:00-9:00 pm and on Thursday, September 18, 1:00 pm until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
