William Hight

William (Bill) Hight was born April 14, 1932 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Marvin Aaron and Ruthie Mae McCoy Hight.On March 4, 1992, he was united in marriage to the former Michelle Amelia Barnes, who survives.Mr. Hight was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Texas Freewill Baptist Church and attended First Baptist Church of Adamsville, TN. In addition to Hardin County, Mr. Hight had also lived in Iola, Texas. He enjoyed horses, mules, tractors, and trail rides.Mr. Hight departed this life on April 30, 2008 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 16 Days.In addition to his wife, Michelle, Mr. Hight is survived by, three daughters, Lisa Lujan, Sara' Jo Hight both of Savannah, TN, and Kathy Littles of Phoenix, AZ; four sons, James Hight of Covington, TX, Ricky Hight of Trinity, TX, Tommy Hight of Conroe, TX, Kenneth Hight of Savannah, TN; 26 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, Mr. Hight was preceded in death by, a daughter, Shirley Faye Smith.
