Mr. Dillard passed away Tuesday morning.
The son of Judy Elaine Chandler Dillard of Bolivar and the late James Benjamin Dillard, he worked at ICO Polymers in Grand Junction. He was a 1986 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and lived in Chattanooga for 8 years prior to moving to Bolivar. He served in the US Army in Iraq during Desert Storm and was in Germany for 5 years.
In addition to his mother, survivors include a daughter, Robin Dillard of Chattanooga; a son, Matthew Dillard of Chattanooga; a sister and her husband, Debbie (Tommy) Naylor of Silerton; his maternal grandmother, Sarah Chandler of Silerton; two paternal uncles, Thomas and Burton Dillard; one paternal aunt, Birdie King; and two maternal aunts, Carolyn Vales and Donna Scobey. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William Chandler and his paternal grandparents, Nannie and Tom Dillard
