William Alfred Daniel

Services for William Alfred Daniel, age 75, of Iron City, TN will be Monday, November 27, 2006 at 1 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Gerald Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 4:30 pm to 8 pm and Monday, November 27, 2006 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.



Mr. Daniel died at E. C. M. Hospital in Florence, AL on Friday, November 24, 2006.



A native of Wayne County, TN, he was a retired assembly line worker with Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company and attended Bethel Grove Church. He was a son of the late Willie Coleman and Bertha Ethel Thompson Daniel and a brother of the late James and Johnny (Penny) Daniel.



Survivors, wife, Elizabeth McWilliams Daniel, Iron City, daughter, Marilyn Dooley and husband, Bill, Collinwood, son, David Daniel and wife, Joanna, Louisville, KY, grandchildren, Lori Holt and husband, Jeremy, and Kinsey and Alexis Dooley, great-grandchildren, Haley and Luke Holt, sisters, Bernice Simmons, Iron City, and Shirley Stults and husband, Aaron, Cypress Inn, TN, nieces and nephews.
