Willard Junior Bevis

Willard Junior Beviswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 15, 1936 the son of the late Willard Clarence and Florence Leona Michael Bevis.On October 10, 1953 he married Thelma Highland, who survives.Mr. Bevis retired from the Hardin County Board of Education where he was a bus driver for 20 years. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Church of Christ.He enjoyed playing country and bluegrass music. He loved farming and gardening.Mr. Bevis departed this life on December 23, 2007 at the age of 71 years, 4 months, 8 days.In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter: Wanda Kay White of Savannah, Tennessee; a son: Aaron Lynn Bevis of Savannah, Tennessee: 3 sisters: Helen Qualls, Wilma Brown, Kathy Lard all of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 brothers: Jerry Ray Bevis of Jackson , Tennessee, Bobby Bevis of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren: Casey White, Joshua White, Stephen White.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Charles Bevis; a sister: Margie Dell Bevis; a granddaughter: Angela Dawn Bevis.
