WESLEY WARD



was born in Waterloo, Alabama on April 30, 1928 the son of the late Byron S. and Mary Jane Shubert Ward.



On September 9, 1969 he was united in marriage to Billie Faye Petty, who survives.



Mr. Ward did sawmill work, he worked for Hassel Lumber Company and George Jerrolds Lumber Company. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, being outside, and loved Christmas and Thanksgiving. But most of all Mr. Ward loved spending time with his family. Mr. Ward was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.



In addition to his wife Billie of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by his children, Brenda Faulkner and her husband John of North Dakota, Tracy Austin and her husband Jr. Walker, Wesley Ward and his wife Denise, Tom Ward and his wife Amanda, April Lamay and her husband Kenneth, Becky Ward Stricklin and her husband Chris, John Ward and his wife Amy, Patrick Ward and his girlfriend Alisha Casteel, Travis Ward and his girlfriend Brittney Brasfield, Linda Brock, Jim Ward and his wife Penny, Joyce Brown and her husband Mike and Margret Ward, all of Savannah, Tennessee, John Harifield and his wife Michelle of Waverly, Mississippi, Mary Brewington and her husband Jimmy of Texas, Wayne Ward, Ronnie Ward and his spouse David Briggs and Debbie Vogel and her husband Clinton all of Nashville, Tennessee



Mr. Ward is also survived by many many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren



In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by some grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and five sisters and two brothers.
