Waylon Allen Mahler was born September 22, 1980 in Bradenton, FL. He departed this life on January 5, 2023 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 42 Years, 3 Months, 14 Days.
Waylon was united in marriage to Nicole Hoey on January 26, 2003. He currently was working at TK Elevator Manufacturing in Middleton, TN. He served as a volunteer for the Lawton Fire Department, recently elected to the McNairy County School Board and was very active in the republican party.
Waylon was a loving husband, father and son. He was very active in his community and always looking for ways to help others. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and Jeeps.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Mahler of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Brihanna Mahler; father, Kieth Mahler and wife Jennifer of Sardis, TN; mother, Janet Longwell of Scotts Hill, TN; two sisters, Breeze Mahler and Sumer Mahler both of Sardis, TN; a brother, Wade Mahler and wife Joleen of New Port Richey, FL; grandmother, Delores Longwell of Gainesville, GA; in-laws, Art and Cheryl; brother-in-law, Josh; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Wyndy Hubbard; grandparents: Osro S. and Donna J. Mahler and also Larry Longwell.
