WARREN (PETE) CROTTS
was born August 9, 1921 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late Lenord and Mamie Ozella Welch Crotts.
On August 28, 1943 he married the former Lorene Petty.
Mr. Crotts worked as a lineman for Tennessee Valley Electric Cooperative for thirty-nine and a half years. An accomplished musician, he played the guitar, fiddle, banjo, and mandolin and particularly enjoyed bluegrass and Southern gospel music. He also enjoyed collecting Indian arrowheads and other antiques. Mr Crotts was a member of the Foursquare Church and an Army veteran of World War II.
He departed this life June 24, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 87 years, 10 months, and 15 days.

1 son - Larry Gene Crotts of Savannah, Tennessee,
4 grandchildren - Anthony D. Downing, Brian Shawn Austin, Jennifer Stuart, Matthew Crotts,
2 great grandchildren - Corey B. Austin and Cameron B. Austin,
2 great great grandchildren - Ashley Austin and Alexus Stuart,
2 sisters - Doris Baskins and Quanita Young, both of Savannah, Tennessee, and
1 brother - L. C. Crotts of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mr. Crotts was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristi Downing, and a brother, Bill Crotts.
