Wade Cranford, 64, of Bolivar, died early Friday morning, September 9, 2005 at Methodist Central University in Memphis.
The husband of Linda Stewart Cranford, who survives, he was a shipping clerk at Devilbiss Co. and had worked at Harmon Automotive for 35 years. Mr. Cranford was born February 6, 1941 in Essary Springs, son of the late Lestle Arville Cranford and Annie Ruth Casey Cranford. He served in the National Guard, was an avid hunter and was Baptist in belief, attending Bolivar First Baptist Church.
Services were 1 PM Monday, September 12, 2005 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Jerry Winfield officiating. Burial was in Bolivar Memorial Cemetery in Bolivar.
In addition to his wife, whom he married December 24, 1964, survivors include one daughter, Angie Cranford; one son and his wife, Chris and Tina Cranford and one grandson, Cody Cranford, all of Bolivar and best friend, Jerry Paul Robinson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ike Cranford.
