W. J. Baker

William J. Baker was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 27, 1928 the son of the late Thomas Abraham and Lala Pearl Riley Baker.He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean conflict.Mr. Baker departed this life on March 12, 2010 at the age of 81 years, 6 months, 13 days.He is survived by a sister, Geneva McDonald of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 nephews, Mike McDonald of Savannah, Tennessee and Tommy Baker of Saltillo, Tennessee; several great-nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Brownlow Baker.
