Virgle Carter

Virgle Carterwas born in Lonoke, Arkansas on May 27, 1928 the son of the late William Bradford and Alice Estel West Carter.On December 2, 1953 he was united in marriage to the former Berniece Casey, who survives.Mr. Carter was a retired maintenance supervisor for Tennessee River Pulp and Paper. He departed this life on December 24, 2007 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 79 years, 6 months and 27 days.Other than his wife, Berniece of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by 2 sons, Randal Eugene Carter and his wife Lynn of Florida and Virgle Stephen Carter and his wife Myra of Florence, Alabama.2 daughters, Lisa Michelle Bibee and her husband David of Hixson, Tennessee and Tracy Leigh Walden and her husband Kenny of Tishomingo, Mississippi7 grandchildren, Ashley and Jonathan Sharp, Zachary and Allison Dragoo, Lindsay Bibee, Mallory Carter, McKenzie Carter, Amanda Walden and Kasee Carter.Mr. Carter was also preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
