Virginia Sue Pickens

November 6, 1946 — January 29, 2025

Virginia Sue Pickens was born on November 6, 1946, in Adamsville, TN. She was the cherished daughter of the late Alexsandra Comer and Hazel Rickman Comer. On June 8, 1968, she entered into a blessed union with Larry Wayne Pickens, sharing a life of love, laughter, and devotion.

Her culinary skills brought warmth to her family gatherings as she lovingly prepared meals. Whether it was immersing herself in her word search puzzles, indulging in her favorite soap operas, or listening to the harmonious tunes of the Gaithers Gospel group and the Marty Stuart Show, she relished the simple joys of life.
