Virginia Finley

Virginia Finley of Adamsville, TN was born January 27, 1928 in McNairy County the daughter of the late Alfie Weeks and Mary Harris Weeks. She was united in marriage to J. C. Finley on September 18, 1946. Mr. Finley preceded her in death on February 27, 1994. She was a member of Pine Hill Assembly.

She is survived by four daughters, Joyce Mitchell and husband Robert of Cedar Hill, TN, Marcia Carlson and husband Ronald of Michie, TN, Tarecia Shelton of Henderson, TN, Rhonda Sisk and husband Ricky of Adamsville, TN; four sons, Bryce Finley and wife Beverly of Stantonville, TN, Donald Finley and wife Sherry of Adamsville, TN, Dennis Finley and wife Sheryl of Adamsville, TN, Jeff Finley and wife Carolyn of Adamsville, TN; 25 Grandchildren, 44 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren; two sisters, Freeda Bricker and husband Don of Adamsville, TN, Brenda Pickens of Adamsville, TN; a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Finley was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Norman Shelton; three grandchildren, Chris Carlson, Josh Finley, Caylee Brooke Cotner; six brothers, Welbert, Elvin, Shannon, Doyle, Arvis, and Waylon Weeks.
