VICTOR VINCENT VERGARIwas born in Plains, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1919 the son of the late Lewis and Maria Nicci Vergari.On April 15, 1950 he was united in marriage to Julia Stovenken Vergari, who survives.Mr. Vergari was a retired investigator for the State of New Jersey Transportation Department. He was a United States Army Air Corp. Veteran. Mr. Vergari was a member of the Elks Lodge, VFW and the DAV. He enjoyed golfing and sports of all types. Mr. Vergari was past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus.Mr. Vergari departed this life on May 17, 2009 at the Hardin County Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 90 years, 1 month and 27 days.Other than his wife Julia of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one son, James Lewis Vergari and his wife Christie of Naperville, Illinois. 2 grandchildren, Shane Vergari and Derek VergariOther than his parents, Mr. Vergari was also preceded in death by 2 infant sisters and 6 brothers, Otto, Memo, Mello, Rick, James and Edward Vergari.
