Vernon Allen Bradley

Vernon Allen Bradley was born October 10, 1927 in Tennessee the son of the late C. O. and Exie Bethune Bradley.He was united in marriage to Rheba Thrasher Sharp on February 7, 1953.Mr. Bradley was a Millwright for 27 years at Packaging Corporation of America in Counce, TN, and was a member of the Adamsville First Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee. Mr. Bradley served in the Tennessee National Guard and was a former volunteer for the Adamsville Fire Department. He was also a member of the Adamsville Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons. Mr. Bradley departed this life on July 8, 2008 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 8 Months, 28 Days. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rheba Thrasher Sharp Bradley of Adamsville, TN; a daughter, Nancy Erwin and husband Tommy of Adamsville, TN; a son, Dr. David Bradley and wife Teresa of Selmer, TN; four grandchildren: Paige (Erwin) Joyner and husband Brian, Scott Erwin and wife Stephanie, David (Chip) Bradley Jr. and Max Bradley; five great grandchildren: Gabriella Erwin, Abigail Erwin, Noah Erwin, Daniel Joyner and Benjamin Joyner; and a host of extended family and friends.In addition to his parents, Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by a brother, Glen Bradley.
