Vannie H. Spencer

Rev. Vannie H. Spencer was born in Adamsville, Tennessee on June 11, 1915 the son of the late John William and Annie Jane Harris Spencer.On October 9, 1934 he was united in marriage to Minnie Louise Runions Spencer who preceded him in death on March 17, 2002. Rev. Spencer was a retired minister and a member of the Crump United Pentecostal Church.He departed this life on March 4, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the ageof 91 Years, 8 Months, 21 Days.Rev. Spencer is survived by a daughter, Mary Lou Newell of Adamsville, Tennessee; three sons: William Howard Spencer and Cecil Glen Spencer, both of Crump, Tennessee and Johny Wayne Spencer of Martin, Tennessee;eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Leon Spencer; two sisters and six half-brothers.
