Vance Dillon

Vance King Dillon was born May 11, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Connie and Bessie King. She was united in marriage to Jamie Dillon on October 13, 1951. Mr. Dillon preceded her in death on January 9, 1993 .Mrs. Dillon was a production worker for Brown Shoe Company. She retired from Brown Shoe after 39 years. She was member of the Sanctified Church at Rose Creek.Mrs. Dillon departed this life on May 4, 2007 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 11 Months, 23 Days. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Rickman and husband Jimmy of Selmer, Tennessee; two granddaughters, Cristy King and husband Darryl and Brandi Morris and husband Jason all of Selmer, Tennessee; grandson, Jamie (JJ) Rickman and wife Candace of Selmer, Tennessee; five great grandchildren, Jordan Rickman, Jacie King, Jared Rickman, Jamie King, and Jake Morris all of Selmer, Tennessee; future great grand daughter, Jaylee Morris.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Dillon was preceded in death by brother, Vernon (Pete) King; two sisters, Vernese (Didley) Hicks and Baby Sister.
