Tyler Bomar, 19, of Bolivar, died Saturday, January 15, 2005 at
Bolivar General Hospital.
Born in Jackson to Don and Donna Bomar on Monday, June 3,
1985, he was a 2003 graduate of Bolivar Central High School,
where he played golf and baseball. He was an avid duck hunter
and was a sophomore majoring in Civil Engineering at Ole Miss.
He was a member of the Bolivar First Baptist Church.
Services were 1 pm Monday, January 17 at First Baptist Church in
Bolivar with Dr. Ernest E. James officiating. Burial was in Bolivar
Memorial Cemetery with Nick Kessler, Blake Sain, Blake
Armstrong, Chase King, Joseph Emerson, and Josh Bomar serving
as casket bearers. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar were in
charge of arrangements.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his brother, Josh Bomar of Bolivar, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Roscoe Hampton. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Bomar.
