Troy Ronald Powers

August 10, 1940 — October 6, 2007

Mr. Powers died Saturday morning, October 6, 2007. A native of Pocahontas, he lived his entire life in this area. He was the son of the late R. T. and Iva Grantham Powers and married the former Nancy Lee Cox on September 30, 1962. He was the owner/operator of Powers' Garage in Middleton, a Baptist in belief, member of the Masonic Lodge #264 in Middleton and enjoyed restoring antique tractors, especially Farm-All, and cattle farming.



He leaves his wife, Nancy, of Middleton; two sons, Richard and Troy Powers, also of Middleton; brother, Roy Powers of Memphis; five granddaughters and three great-granddaughters.



In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, R.L., J.P. and O.B. Powers.
