Other than his parents, Billy and Joyce Legans of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, he is survived by 2 brothers, Earl Ray Legans and Jerry Lee Legans and his wife Donna, all of Morris Chapel, Tennessee.
One half-sister, Ruby Nell Legans of Martin, Tennessee.
And Steven Poe and Wendy Howard, both of Selmer, Tennessee, whom he helped rear.
