Travis Dale Plunk

Travis Dale Plunk was born on March 10, 1962, in Selmer, TN, to the late Travis Dee Plunk and Wanda Rose Gee Plunk. In 1988, his journey took him to Sausalito, CA, where he dedicated 30 years as the IT Director for ChannelNet, leaving behind a legacy of passion and excellence in his field. 

Beyond his profession, Travis had a deep love for his cherished dog, "Honey Girl," who brought him endless joy and companionship. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, kind heart, and the impact he had on those who knew him. 

On November 24, 2024, Travis passed away in Palm Springs, CA, at the age of 62 years, 8 months, and 14 days. 

He is survived by his sister, Rhonda Wheeler, and her husband, Bob; nephews, Matthew Pickle and his wife, April, and John Pickle and his wife, Kimbra; and three great-nephews, Reid, Hudson, and John Blakely Pickle. He also leaves behind his beloved aunt, Dottie Hubanks; close cousin, Stacy Dancer; and many dear friends, including special CA friends, Joe Rogers and Ed Hudak, as well as extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

In addition to his parents, Travis was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gib and Rosie Plunk, and his maternal grandparents, John D. and Cora Archer Gee.
