Former Resident of Hardin CoTony Curtis Smithwas born in Savannah, Tennessee on October 4, 1962 the son of the late Louise DeShazier.Mr. Smith was formerly of Savannah, Tennessee and had spent the last several years in Ripley, Mississippi and had worked for Alaco of Mississippi for 8 years. He was a hard worker and very excited about being a grandfather.Mr. Smith departed this life on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at the age of 46 years, 2 months, 30 days.Mr. Smith is survived by his wife: Jessica Burkeens Smith of Selmer, Tennessee; 2 daughters: Shana Nicole Smith and Candace Dawn Smith both of Savannah, Tennessee; a stepson: Steven Anthony Burkeens of Selmer, Tennessee; 3 sisters: Darlene Hottiman of Savannah, Tennessee, Rachel DeShazier and Penny (Pipkin) Smith both of Selmer, Tennessee; a grandmother: Virginia Smith of Savannah, Tennessee; a grandson: Jamison Cutshall.In addition to his mother, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his 1st wife: Kimberly Renee Franks Smith.
