He was born in Savannah, Tennessee on October 1, 1959, the son of the late Herman "Junior" and Betty Jean Bolton Rauchle.
He was employed by the Botel Restaurant, where he served as Manager. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed playing golf and watching University of Tennessee football.
He is survived by his half-brother, Jeff Plunk of Adamsville, Tennessee;
One uncle, Johnny Bolton of Savannah, Tennessee, and numerous nieces and nephews.
