Tommy Larry Patterson

Henderson, TN: Tommy Larry Patterson, age 72 passed away March 9, 2012 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.He was born and reared in Chester County the Montezuma area the son of the late Osceola and Effie Garner Patterson. He went to school in Chester County and helped on the farm as a young man. He married Alice Faye Morrison in 1962. They made their home in Henderson. He worked for Quality Manufacturing for twenty years retiring in 1980. He then worked as a car salesman in the Henderson area. Then he sold produce at produce stands. He loved fishing and going to baseball games. He was a member of the New Home Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Alice Faye Morrison Patterson of Henderson; a daughter, Deana Morris (Jason) of Henderson; four grandchildren, Jesica Emerson (Brad), Jenifer Wright, Carlee Morris and Caelyn Morris and two great-grandchildren, Caleb Emerson and Noah Emerson; three brothers, Wallace Patterson of IL, J. W. Patterson of Henderson and Hugh Allen Patterson of IL; three sisters, Leon Kernodle of Dyer, TN, Lila Jo Thomas of East Peoria, IL and Nancy Durrance of Selmer, TN.He was preceded in death by a sister, Blonnie Keathley and two brothers, Rubin Patterson and Osceola Patterson, Jr.
