TOMMY GERALD LEWISwas born in Bartow, Florida on June 10, 1965 the son of L. D. Lewis and Millie Lavella Grooms Norris.On August 18, 1995 he was united in marriage to the former Carolyn Loretta Willcutt, who survives.Mr. Lewis departed this life on June 5, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 41 years, 11 months and 26 days.Other than his wife, Carolyn of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one son, Adam Lewis of Booneville, Mississippi.3 step-daughters, Laura Faulkner of Ramer, Tennessee, Teresa Lester and Jamie King, both of Selmer, Tennessee.4 grandchildren, Melissa Faulkner, Lorie Faulkner, Aspen Baxter and Amaya Borner. his father, L. D. Lewis of Corinth, Mississippihis mother, Millie Lavella Norris of Savannah, Tennessee2 brothers, Earl Wayne Lewis of Kentucky and Eddie Harold Beck of Savannah, Tennessee.Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by one brother, Rickey Dean Lewis.
