TOMMY GOOSLIN
was born in Virginia on July 4, 1939 the son of the late Jesse and Goldie Mae Crawford Gooslin.
On April 24, 1985 he was united in marriage to Tamara Lois Naylor, who survives.
Mr. Gooslin owned and operated Gooslin Construction and he also did some farming. He was a former resident of West Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois.
Mr. Gooslin was a member of Chicago Regional Carpenters Union. He enjoyed helping others, was very hard working and was always willing to give someone in need a job. He donated lots of time and effort to help his community. Mr. Gooslin loved rescuing animals and especially loved horses and cattle.
He departed this life on February 26, 2016 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 76 years, 7 months and 22 days.
In addition to his wife, Tamara of 30 years, he is survived by his three sons, Tommy Gooslin, II of Alabama, Terry Ran Gooslin of Kentucky and Roger Dale Gooslin of Kentucky.

one great grandchild, Ava Reeve
five sisters, Dottie Roberts, Dolores Overstreet and Blanche Slaten, all of Illinois, Nanette Norris of Ohio and Shannon Kraft of Wisconsin
two brothers, Ralph Gooslin of Illinois and Jesse Gooslin, Jr. of Ohio
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Arnold Gooslin and three sisters, Jean Dodson, Shirley Freud and Margaret Sherman.
