TOM IVY

Henderson, TN: Thomas Tucker Ivy age 84 passed away April 9, 2025, at his home.

He was born August 8, 1941, in Chester County, the son of the late Brodie Manley and Arlie Georgia Tucker Ivy. He grew up in Henderson and Osceola, AR.

He attended Hendrix College in Conway, AR and then earned a Doctorate through the University of Phoenix.

He took a job at the University of Southern Mississippi and was a Professor of Business and Marketing and retired after thirty years.

He was a member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church.

Mr. Ivy is survived by a son, Brody Ivy of Henderson and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Brodie “Frank” Ivy and Edwin L. Ivy and a sister, Eva Maxine Cooper.

Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Monday, April 14th at Cave Springs Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating.

The family will receive friends at Cave Springs Cemetery 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM service time.
