Timothy Don Berry

Timothy Don Berry was born February 18, 1953 in Corinth, MS, the son of Loraine Goff Berry and the late Landon C Berry.He was united in marriage to Susan Yeager on October 4, 1975.Mr. Berry was a member of First Christian Church of Selmer, TN, were he loved teaching his Sunday School Class. He was the founder of the UTX. He was a rural mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service around Savannah, TN.Mr. Berry was a huge fan of the NY Yankees. He adored his grandchildren. He always said, \"There is no sweeter word than Poppa\".Mr. Berry departed this life on May 2, 2013 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 60 Years, 2 Months, 14 Days.He is survived by his wife Susan Berry of Corinth, MS; his mother, Loraine Berry of Corinth, MS; three sons, Timothy David Berry and wife Sara of St Louis, MO, James Abram Berry and wife Michelle of Oklahoma City, OK, Stephen Daniel Berry and wife Brittany of Corinth, MS; four grandchildren, Amelia Berry, Layla Berry, Novalei Berry and Liam Berry; a sister, Nina Garton and husband Dewey of Knoxville, TN; two nephews, Phillip and Andrew Garton; and his wife\'s not so beloved dog, Mozart.Services were held on May 4, 2013 at 10 AM at First Christian Church in Selmer, Tennessee, Gregg Worthey and David Berry officiated. Burial followed in the Acton Community Cemetery at Michie, Tennessee.
