Thomas Threadgill

Thomas Threadgill was born July 23, 1924 in Henderson County Tennessee the son of the late Dolly Threadgill.He attended school in Mifflin and had to quit school to help on the farm. He continued farming and in 1945 married his wife Louise Blanton. He worked at American Olean Tile for about 18 years and then they moved to their present home on Booth Loop for the past 16 years. After retiring he worked for D & S Saddlery in Henderson. He was a Baptist in Belief Mr. Threadgill departed this life on November 11, 2008 in Henderson, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 3 Months, 19 Days.He is survived by a niece, Judy Stanfill of Mifflin, TN,and two nephews Danny Stanfill and Vick Kendrick both of Beech Bluff, TN. Mr. Threadgill was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Blanton Threadgill in 2007 and a close family member Geraldine Stanfill.
