Thomas Couch
was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on April 30, 1921 the son of the late Carl and Rhoda Bundrant Couch.
Mr. Couch was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during World War II. He also worked as a farmer. On December 13, 1991 he was united in marriage to the former Eva Nell Austin, who survives.
He departed this life on April 27, 2006 at the Hardin County Nursing Home in Savannah at the age of 84 years, 11 months and 28 days.
In addition to his wife, Eva Nell Couch of Savannah, Mr. Couch is survived by
2 sisters: Sarah Finn of Nashville, Tennessee and Marie Coursey of Savannah, Tennessee and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers: J.D., Glenn and Lawrence Couch and a sister, Lola Hightower.
