Tempie Bromley Kesery
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 23, 1914 the daughter of the late Finley Stewart Beckham and Fannie Davis Beckham.
Mrs. Kesery loved to work in her yard, her garden, and with her flowers. She loved being with her family and friends, and she enjoyed reading her Bible. Mrs. Kesery was a member of the United Church of God in Jackson, Tennessee.
Mrs. Kesery departed this life on Monday, December 22, 2008 at the age of 94 years, 4 months, 29 days.
Mrs. Kesery is survived by a son, Albert E. Bromley and his wife Sue of Adamsville, Tennessee; 2 daughters: Marie E. Williams and her husband Herman of Nashville, Tennessee and Sara L. Thomas of Adamsville, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren: Kevin Thomas, Patrick Thomas, Stacy Thomas, Debbie Crissman, Kimberly White, Lisa Fitts, Annette Bryant, Suzanne Russell, Eric Bromley, Dennis R. Bromley, and Byron C. Bromley; 27 great-grandchildren: Cydney Thomas, Megan Thomas, Natalie Thomas, Cameron Thomas, Chase Thomas, Gavin Thomas, Catherine Thomas, Cruz Lane Thomas, Joshua Crissman, Alicia Fitts, Alix Fitts, Trey Fitts, Trevor Fitts, Tyler Fitts, Alyvia Fitts, Alaura Fitts, Aleah Fitts, Alena Bryant, Nicholas Bryant, Aliann Russell, Garrett Russell, Caleb Bromley, Hannah C. Bromley, Keesha Klinke, Dion Milligan, Natasha Boston, and Seth Bromley; 6 great-great-grandchildren: Aubrey Klinke, Coby Klinke, T.J. Milligan, Lana Boston, Curtis Milligan, and Chip Milligan; a daughter-in-law: Faye Johnson of Adamsville, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kesery was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Elmer Bromley on August 18, 1964, her second husband, Frank J. Kesery on April 5, 2000; a son: James Rayburn Bromley; a daughter-in-law: Mary Jane Broyles Bromley; a son-in-law: Billy Thomas; 2 brothers: Brown Beckham and Parker Beckham; 4 sisters: Audie Cornelius, Beulah McDonald, Cordie Stricklin, and Frankie Brown.
