Henderson, TN: Tammy Lynn Barton age 51 passed away January 16, 2022 at her home.
She was born June 27, 1970 in Peoria, IL the daughter of Brenda Lee Matthews Barton and the late Bobby Bruce Barton. She grew up in Chester County and graduated from Chester County High School in 1988. She attended Southeastern Illinois College and earned her LPN Degree.
She then moved back to Henderson and began her nursing career in local clinics and nursing homes.
She enjoyed horses and barrel racing, working out and was a big music fan. She loved spending time with her family. She was a Baptist in belief.
Mrs. Barton is survived by her mother, Brenda Lee Matthews Barton of Henderson; a brother, Darin Barton and wife Kim of Henderson; nephews, John Barton and Bradley Barton; great nephew, Kyle Barton and great nieces, Sage Barton and Lakelyn Barton.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 20th at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel. Burial will follow in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at East Main 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Thursday.
