Mrs. Sue Sain Scott, age 87 of Middleton, passed from this life Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah.
She was born in the Hebron area of Hardeman County December 30, 1924 to the late John and Hittie Pearl Vaughn Sain. On June 17, 1944, she married Robert E. "Bob" Scott, who preceded her in death September 13, 2008. A native of Hardeman County, she previously lived in Sardis, MS, Houma and Natchitoches, LA, and most recently in Middleton. She was a graduate of Middleton High School and was a member of the Middleton Church of Christ.
Mrs. Scott leaves as her survivors, three daughters, Charlotte Smith of Marshall, TX, Judy Scott Forsythe of Leesburg, VA and Paula Austin of McKinney, TX; a son, Robert D. Scott of Franklin; eight grandchildren, David, Donald and Carey Scott, Rebecca and Kimberly Smith, Brandon and Kyrsten Floyd and Summer Forsythe; and a sister, Juanita Richardson of Adamsville.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Lenon Sain and Mayo Sain, and three sisters, Gloria Roberts, Katrina Sain and Joan Sain.
