Sonja Lewis

Sonja Lewiswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on January 15, 1942 the daughter of the late Clyde and Gertrude Stinnett Harwell.Ms. Lewis had worked for H.I.S. in Saltillo, Tennessee before retiring. She loved to go places, gardening, and people. She enjoyed being outside and the outdoors. She had lived in the Milledgeville area all of her life and was a member of Sinner's Hope Church.Ms. Lewis departed this life on Monday, September 1, 2008 at the age of 66 years, 7 months, 17 days.Ms. Lewis is survived by a daughter, Tina Lewis of Sardis, Tennessee; a sister: Patricia Feathers of Jackson, Tennessee; 2 brothers: Bill Harwell of Lexington, Tennessee and John Harwell of Middleton, Tennessee; a grandchild: Kelley Lewis.In addition to her parents, Ms. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband Brodie Wayne Lewis, who preceded her in death on April 20, 2004; a son: Jeff Lewis; 2 sisters: Shirley Skinner and Glenda Cherry.
