SISTER KATHY MAXINE WOOTEN BITTLE
was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on April 10, 1954 the daughter of Marcie Johnson Wisby and the late William Gentry Wooten.
On August 31, 1973 she was united in marriage to Reverend Wayne Bittle, who survives.
Mrs. Bittle was a secretary and a homemaker. She was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Savannah. Mrs. Bittle loved to minister to others. She loved to live in Cabot, Arkansas. Mrs. Bittle loved being close to the river, her dear friends and sweet fellowships. She was employed for 7 years by the Honorabel Sandy Huckabee. Mrs. Bittle had a great sense of humor.
She departed this life on February 15, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 54 years, 10 months and 5 days.
Other than her husband Wayne of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by one daughter, Leaveny Dawn Schaffer and her husband Andy of Ozark, Arkansas and 2 sons, Lyndy Monroe Cavender and his wife Carrie of Boiling Springs, South Carolina and Billy Johnathan Bittle and his wife Allissa of Windsor, Kentucky
5 grandchildren, Savanna Schaffer, Garrett Schaffer, Cade Schaffer, Avery Cavender and Aubrey Turner
one sister, Vicky Lynn McDonald of Wichita, Kansas, 2 brothers, David Gentry Wooten of Jonesoboro, Arkansas and Russell Verlin Wooten of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one half-brother, Robert Johnathan Wisby of Wichita, Kansas, one step-sister, Sheila Boaz of Jonesboro, Arkansas and one step-brother, Gerald Dunnan of Russellville, Arkansas

Mrs. Bittle was also preceded in death by her father, William G. Wooten, step-mother, Nellroy Wooten and her grandparents, Amos and Lillie Wooten and Floyd and Lora Johnson.
