He was born in Selmer, Tennessee on February 27, 1973, the son of James Anthony Boatwright and Cheri Lynn Cooksey Hill. On July 4, 2007, he was united in marriage to Emily Rush, who survives. Shone was a member of the Adamsville Church of Christ and truck club, Relaxed Atmosphere. He had worked for Aqua Glass for 20 years and was presently employed with Kimberly Clark.
Shone is survived by his wife, Emily Rush Boatwright of Adamsville, Tennessee; children, Rush Anthony Boatwright and Phoebe Lou Boatwright both of Adamsville, Tennessee; parents, James Boatwright of Parsons, Tennessee, Cheri Lynn Hill of Adamsville, Tennessee and Randul Hill of Moulton, Alabama; grandmother, Imogene Boatwright of Parsons, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cleo Cooksey, Emma Cooksey, and N.S. Boatwright.
