Shirley Megargee

SHIRLEY MEGARGEEwas born in Gunnison, Colorado on February 19, 1936 the daughter of the late Phillip and Hattie Coleman Kunze. On September 9, 1951 she was united in marriage to Stanleigh Joseph Megargee, who preceded his wife in death on May 4, 1993.Mrs. Megargee was a factory machine operator. She enjoyed playing paintball, gardening, flowers and she loved to go caving and enjoyed traveling.Mrs. Megargee departed this life on June 1, 2009 at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 13 days.She is survived by 2 daughters, Melinda Gansberg of Rocklin, California and Kelly Garska of Savannah, Tennessee.one son, Leigh Megargee of La Grande, Oregon12 grandchildren, Rob Gansberg, Larissa Gansberg, Cory Gansberg, Brandon Sparks, Brittnee Sparks, Ashley Sparks, Heather Garska, Dallas Garska, Lisa Megargee, Dana Megargee, Jeff Megargee and Gene Megargee10 great-grandchildrenone sister, June Hamilton of Pocatello, Idaho2 brothers, Carl Kunze of Golden, Colorado and Roy Kunze of Ft. Collins, ColoradoMrs. Megargee was also preceded in death by one son, Gordon Scott Megargee, one grandchild, Laurie Lynne Duncan and 2 brothers, Floyd and Bud Kunze.
