Funeral services for Shirley Staggs Kelley Frazier, age 67, of Waynesboro,TN will held on Saturday August 12, 2006 3:00 pm Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel Waynesboro with Dewayne Staggs officiating. Interment following in Shields Cemetery, Waynesboro with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Friday, August 11, 2006 from 5:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro





Shirley Staggs Kelley Frazier a native of Wayne County, TN died on Thursday August 10, 2006 at her residence in Waynesboro. She was born on July 10, 1939 to the late Carl Hubbard and Louise Duren Staggs. Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her husbands; Roy Kelley and William C. Frazier; son; Wade Kelley Frazier; brothers; Carlton (Jinker) Staggs; Billy Staggs and Floyd Staggs; sisters; Nell Smelser and Brenda Farris.



Shirley was formerly employed at Genesco.
