Sherry Florence

Sherry J. Florence was born on July 30, 1963, in Savannah, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Raymond Udell and Carrie Mae Price Pipes. 

On December 4, 2017, she was united in marriage to Steve Florence, who survives. 

In her spare time, Sherry enjoyed playing the guitar, writing music, flower gardening, and reading her Bible. 
 
Sherry J. Florence departed this life on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at the age of 59 years, 6 months, and 19 days. 

She is survived by her husband, Steve W. Florence of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Terry W. Smith, Michael S. Smith, Glen M. Smith, and Joey A. Smith, all of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Bobby E. Pipes, James E. Pipes, Tommy R. Pipes, and Troy D. Pipes, all of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Teresa D. Born, Tanya L. Ferrell (Randy) and Mary Jo Pipes, all of Savannah, Tennessee; as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by one grandchild. 

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
